An innovative approach to holistic recovery

WE ALL HAVE ADDICTIVE BEHAVIORS
WHAT ARE YOU WANTING TO SHIFT?

Holistic addiction recovery: the practice of normalizing recovery

Safe Recovery was developed as a holistic health coaching practice to normalize and re-frame the recovery journey. It was created to offer an expansion, alternative and complementary practice to traditional twelve-step and recovery programs. It incorporates the modalities of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping), somatic coaching, and the latest education, research, and resources to prioritize safety in recovery from repetitive, compulsive behaviors. By providing a safe and accessible practice, Safe Recovery allows individuals to gradually and safely become aware of unconscious triggers and unhealthy patterns through embodiment and compassionate curiosity, guided by a certified holistic health coach and EFT practitioner.

EFT Tapping

EFT, or Emotional Freedom Techniques, also known as tapping, involves gently tapping on the skin. EFT practitioners use these EFT techniques as somatic exercises to reduce negative emotions, change unwanted behaviors, resolve traumas, and promote overall well-being and resilience.

Holistic Health Coaching

A holistic health coach supports individuals through a change process, towards greater effectiveness and fulfillment. Holistic mental health coaching addresses the whole person, helping shift limiting beliefs, recognize inner wisdom, and understand emotions, aligning inner and outer worlds to navigate life with purpose.

Parts Work

A psycho-spiritual method adapted from Internal Family Systems for coaches, this model acknowledges our many parts, each with noble intent. By recognizing these parts, we develop an embodied, compassionate Self, harmonizing our system and enabling compassionate Self-leadership.

Somatic Integration

Somatic coaching as a holistic recovery practice focuses on connecting mind, body and spirit. A somatic coach supports individuals to recognize and release physical tension, develop body awareness, and address emotional blockages, fostering deeper embodiment, self-connection and personal growth through an integrated approach.
